Ingredients

  • 2 c
    mini marshmellows
  • 3/4 c
    dry roasted peanuts
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese soften
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 6 oz
    cool whip
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    caramel sundae syrup
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple tidbits, drained and squeeze of all juice- you can use more than the 1/2 cup
  • 3
    granny smith apples - peeled and diced- toss in a bowl with 1/2 tsp lemon juice

How to Make Carrie's Taffy Apple Salad- Like Ultra foods

Step-by-Step

  1. In mixing bowl fitted with wire whisk,
    Add cream cheese, brown sugar and regular sugar.
    Cream until light and fluffy
  2. Add the caramel syrup and mix until combined.
  3. In a large bowl add Chopped Apples, Marshmallows and peanuts. Stir to combine everything
  4. Starting with 1 cup of the Cream cheese mixture
    Add to apple mixture and fold in to combine.
  5. Add as much or little as you like of the cream cheese mixture to get consistency you like. Should be creamy and not wet and runny.
    Once combine refrigerate until ready to serve

    THERE WILL BE EXTRA OF THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE.
    STORE THE EXTRA IN REFRIGERATOR.

    MAKE SURE TO SQUEEZE AS MUCH OF THE JUICE FROM THE PINEAPPLES AS POSSIBLE.
