- 2 cans pineapple chunks (20 oz. each)
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup ritz cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons pineapple juice
How To Make baked pineapple casserole

Step 1Drain pineapple, and reserve the juice.

Step 2Combine melted butter, sugar, flour, and juice in a large bowl.

Step 3Add pineapple and cheese.

Step 4Pour into a 9x11 baking dish, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Step 5Crumble 1 - 1.5 cups of Ritz crackers.

Step 6Add Ritz crumbs as topping evenly over pineapple mixture, and bake at 300 degrees for 20 more minutes.
