Step-by-Step

  1. With an electric mixer, beat butter until fluffy. Gradually add maple syrup and whip until well blended. Serve on pancakes or muffins. This can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator until needed. Whip before serving to make it fluffy. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
