- 3/4 cup pure naple syrup

Step 1With an electric mixer, beat butter until fluffy. Gradually add maple syrup and whip until well blended. Serve on pancakes or muffins. This can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator until needed. Whip before serving to make it fluffy. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
