This is the base sauce recipe I got in culinary class it's so good you can change it up however you would like to fit your tastes, burgers or sammies.

Ingredients

  • CILANTRO LIME SAUCE
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar (use up to 1/4 cup no more)
  • - shallots or onions (sauted or roasted)
  • - roasted garlic
  • - handful fresh cilantro
  • - juice from fresh lime
  • - worcestershire sauce
  • - chef jasons seasoning blend made without paprika
  • - a little paprika
  • - a little sugar
  • CHIPOLTE SAUCE
  • - same as above except remove cilantro and lime use chef jasons regular seasoning blend and 1 can of chipolte pepper

How To Make cilantro lime aioli

  • Step 1
    Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth vary amount of ingredients to your taste.
  • Step 2
    This sauce is good with fish beef or chicken.
