This is the base sauce recipe I got in culinary class it's so good you can change it up however you would like to fit your tastes, burgers or sammies.

Ingredients
- CILANTRO LIME SAUCE
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar (use up to 1/4 cup no more)
- - shallots or onions (sauted or roasted)
- - roasted garlic
- - handful fresh cilantro
- - juice from fresh lime
- - worcestershire sauce
- - chef jasons seasoning blend made without paprika
- - a little paprika
- - a little sugar
- CHIPOLTE SAUCE
- - same as above except remove cilantro and lime use chef jasons regular seasoning blend and 1 can of chipolte pepper

Step 1Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth vary amount of ingredients to your taste.

Step 2This sauce is good with fish beef or chicken.
