This is the base sauce recipe I got in culinary class it's so good you can change it up however you would like to fit your tastes, burgers or sammies.

No-Cook or Other



  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    seasoned rice wine vinegar (use up to 1/4 cup no more)
  • ·
    shallots or onions (sauted or roasted)
  • ·
    roasted garlic
  • ·
    handful fresh cilantro
  • ·
    juice from fresh lime
  • ·
    worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    chef jasons seasoning blend made without paprika
  • ·
    a little paprika
  • ·
    a little sugar

  • ·
    same as above except remove cilantro and lime use chef jasons regular seasoning blend and 1 can of chipolte pepper

How to Make Cilantro Lime Aioli


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth vary amount of ingredients to your taste.
  2. This sauce is good with fish beef or chicken.
