Ingredients

1/2 c(1 stick) butter, softened
-
4 tspfinely chopped shallots
-
1 cdry white wine
-
·salt and white pepper to taste

1 Tbspfinely chopped parsley
How to Make Shallot Butter
- Combine shallots and wine in a saucepan and simmer until wine is reduced to 1/4 cup.
- Cream butter with a fork in a bowl. Gradually stir in shallot wine, parsley, and salt and white pepper to taste.
