    1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • ·
    2 t. fresh lemon juice
  • ·
    2 red bell peppers,roasted,stemmed,peeled and finely chopped
  • ·
    1/2 small yellow onion,minced
  • ·
    2 garlic cloves,minced
  • ·
    salt and pepper ,to taste

How to Make Roasted Red Bell Pepper Relish


  1. Mix parsley, juice,peppers, onion, garlic and salt and pepper in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit 20 minutes to allow flavors to marry.
