How to Make Pico de Gallo

Step-by-Step

  1. Seed & dice jalapeños, dice tomatoes, dice onions. Try to keep all ingredients the same in size. Roll lime on counter to maximize juice, then squeeze over diced veggies. Add cilantro & salt to taste. (Approx 1/2 to 1 tsp). Refrigerate & enjoy with dinner!
