Peanut butter shows up in numerous foods for children, but this twist is one our family used to eat and have shared with other families down through the years. I still eat it occasionally when I can't decide what type of sandwich I want.

- 1/3 cup peanut butter (crunchy is best)
- 1/3 cup grated carrot (about 1/2 a medium carrot)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1Combine all ingredients well. Divide in half and make 2 sandwiches. Best on homemade whole wheat bread.
