I can't wait to try this recipe...I love fruit curds... posting it here so I don't lose it. Doesn't it sound wonderful... sounds pretty easy to make and it will be very versatile to use, the sky is the limit.

Ingredients For passionfruit curd

1/2 cup passion fruit juice

2/3 cup sugar

3 eggs

6 tbsp butter
How To Make passionfruit curd

1Melt butter over medium heat.

2Mix eggs, sugar and juice in a bow; stirring constantly, slowly add the egg mixture into the melted butter and bring to a boil over medium heat. Making sure that your eggs don't scramble in the process.

3Cook for 15 minutes, pour into a prepared jar and cool, then place in the fridge.
