Found on the compter. Change sugar to Splenda sugar. I lost things so place I find mine recipes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter or light margarine
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons strong coffee ( cool or cold)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon light salt

How To Make mocha icing

  • Step 1
    In a bowl with electric mixer on medium speed.
  • Step 2
    Mix the cocoa powder wtih butter, coffee and vanill until creamy and smooth.
  • Step 3
    Add powder sugar starting with 1/2 cup adding more until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Step 4
    Splenda sugar (powder sugar) 1 cup of Splenda sugar 1 teaspoon constarch
