Cake Filing and Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or light margarine
- 2 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons strong coffee ( cool or cold)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon light salt
How To Make mocha icing

Step 1In a bowl with electric mixer on medium speed.

Step 2Mix the cocoa powder wtih butter, coffee and vanill until creamy and smooth.

Step 3Add powder sugar starting with 1/2 cup adding more until desired consistency is achieved.

Step 4Splenda sugar (powder sugar) 1 cup of Splenda sugar 1 teaspoon constarch
