- 1 clove garlic, mashed or grated
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon mustard, dijon or your favorite
How To Make low-fat garlic-lemon aioli

Step 1Sprinkle salt on mashed garlic. Let stand for a few minutes.

Step 2Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest and mustard into the garlic. Stir to combine.
