This makes a nice sandwich spread, especially for turkey. Also works well for a veggie dip. (1 WW point per tablespoon)
NOTE - Cook time is chilling time

Ingredients

  • 1 clove
    garlic, mashed or grated
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 1 tsp
    mustard, dijon or your favorite

How to Make Low-fat Garlic-Lemon Aioli

Step-by-Step

  1. Sprinkle salt on mashed garlic. Let stand for a few minutes.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest and mustard into the garlic. Stir to combine.
  3. Chill for 1/2 hour or more.
