Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    freshky ground black pepper

How To Make

  • 1
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients until blended. Place on a sheet of plastic wrap, shape into a log, about 1-inch in diameter. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. Freeze up to 3 months. Serve with fish, chicken or vegetables. Makes about 1/2 cup.
