- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshky ground black pepper
How To Make lemon-thyme butter

Step 1In a bowl, combine all ingredients until blended. Place on a sheet of plastic wrap, shape into a log, about 1-inch in diameter. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. Freeze up to 3 months. Serve with fish, chicken or vegetables. Makes about 1/2 cup.
