The other day I was making toast, and Felt like something Different, So I made a quick Lemon Butter (Lemon Juice & Butter) But....I also wanted Cinnamon Butter. And VIOLA! Lemon Cinnamon Butter was born. Its Interesting to have the bright Citrusy notes of the Lemon juice. With the Earthy, Spicyness of the Cinnamon. Very Unique! See what happens when you experiment with your ingredients? This is now, My Go to Toast Spread!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temprature)
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch granulated white sugar

How To Make lemon cinnamon butter

Step 1

Combine Butter, Cinnamon and Pinch of sugar in a small ramekin

Step 2

Finally add lemon juice, Mix to Combine, and Finished!
