- 2 teaspoons lime juice

Step 1In a large bowl, combine buttercream, lime zest and juice. Beat with mixer until incorporated.

Step 2Keep icing covered with a damp cloth until ready to use. For best results, keep icing bowl in refrigerator when not in use. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
