Step 1add cream and salt to mixing bowl. Put the whisk attachment on and whip on high speed for approx. 5 minutes.

Step 2The cream will seperate into butter and buttermilk.

Step 3Pour off the buttermilk and rinse and knead butter in a clean bowl under cold water, till the water runs clear will keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Yes, it is that simple
