    heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Homemade Butter (The easy way)


  1. add cream and salt to mixing bowl. Put the whisk attachment on and whip on high speed for approx. 5 minutes.
  2. The cream will seperate into butter and buttermilk.
  3. Pour off the buttermilk and rinse and knead butter in a clean bowl under cold water, till the water runs clear
    will keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
    Yes, it is that simple
  4. Recipe Variations:
    If you want to make a honey butter spread, add 1-2 tsp of honey while beating,
