  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make homemade butter (the easy way)

  • Step 1
    add cream and salt to mixing bowl. Put the whisk attachment on and whip on high speed for approx. 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    The cream will seperate into butter and buttermilk.
  • Step 3
    Pour off the buttermilk and rinse and knead butter in a clean bowl under cold water, till the water runs clear will keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Yes, it is that simple
