How to Make Grainy Beer Mustard
- 1Soak the mustard seeds in the beer, overnight.
- 2Whisk the beer, mustard seeds, vinegar and onions into the dry ingredients until blended.
- 3Cook over medium-high heat, whisking constantly, until it comes to a boil and thickens slightly.
- 4Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate in a covered container.
