grainy beer mustard
(1 RATING)
This is a recipe I developed at the last minute I decided I needed an extra condiment for a BBQ. It was exciting to hear the compliments! Although the mustard seeds do need to soak several hours, it is very easy. I also serve the Grainy Beer Mustard with Corned Beef and on Pastrami & Rye sandwiches. Add a tablespoon to the dressing for Hot Potato Salad or use as a Pretzel Dip.
