I made this flavored butter during a special meal I made for my husband. It is one of our favorites, I have also used roasted garlic, or even used fresh minced garlic before, it depends on what I have on hand at the time. This time I used a good quality granulated garlic. Chill time is not included. Please allow the butter to sit for a few hours before serving if possible, to allow the flavors to blend together & enhance the flavors in the butter. It is great on warm bread or a nice thick juicy steak. Plus it is quick easy & simple to make. Give it a try, I am sure you will enjoy it too.
