cucumber and cream cheese bagel spread
My passion is bagels, so I always come up with different ideas of what to serve on them. My husband and I enjoy this recipe in the mornings because it is easy to make and wonderful with a cup of your favorite coffee. Be sure to make this the night before and keep in refrigerator overnight before serving. The flavors will blend togehter. It only takes a few minutes to make this.

Ingredients
- 1/2 - cucumber
- 3 - green onions
- 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make cucumber and cream cheese bagel spread

Step 1To make in the food processor: Trim away roots from base of green onions, place in a food processor. Add cucumber. Cover and process until coarsely chopped. Add cream cheese, worchesershire sauce and salt. Cover and process until smooth.

Step 2Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend together.

Step 3Serve on a toasted bagel or crackers.
