    coconut, flaked
  • 1 c
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1 c
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 2
    egg whites

How to Make Coconut Frosting


  1. Heat sugar and milk together, beat egg yolk and add with coconut simmer until mixture thickens.
  2. Remove from the stove and quickly fold stiffly beaten egg whites. Spread on the cake at once and sprinkle with more coconut.
