  • 1 cup coconut, flaked
  • 1 cup sugar or splenda sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 - egg yolk
  • 2 - egg whites

How To Make coconut frosting

  • Step 1
    Heat sugar and milk together, beat egg yolk and add with coconut simmer until mixture thickens.
  • Step 2
    Remove from the stove and quickly fold stiffly beaten egg whites. Spread on the cake at once and sprinkle with more coconut.
