- 1 cup coconut, flaked
- 1 cup sugar or splenda sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - egg yolk
- 2 - egg whites
How To Make coconut frosting

Step 1Heat sugar and milk together, beat egg yolk and add with coconut simmer until mixture thickens.

Step 2Remove from the stove and quickly fold stiffly beaten egg whites. Spread on the cake at once and sprinkle with more coconut.
