I love this buttercream frosting. I make them to put on a cake and any kind flavor of cake. It is so easy and simple to make it. They are so delicious and aweet. We love it.

    16 oz. confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp
    milk or half and half

How to Make Buttercream Frosting


  1. In large bowl, with mixer on medium-low speed, beat confectioners’ sugar, butter, vanilla, and 3 tablespoons milk until smooth and blended. Beat in additional milk as needed for easy spreading consistency. Increase speed to medium high, beat until light and fluffy.
