Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef roast
- 6 - hard boiled eggs
- 12 ounces pickle relish, sweet, with juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper (to taste)
How To Make beef and pickle spread for making sandwiches

Step 1Put your roast in oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 250 degrees F.

Step 2Grind your beef and eggs. Gradually add relish and juice. Add mayonnaise to consistency you want. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
