This particular spice is known for its tremendous heat, and while I do like a nice hot Jamaican seasoning, I toned this one down a bit. It still has those distinctive flavor notes of the islands; however, it won’t blow the top of your head off. The coconut sugar adds a distinctive sweet taste; while the bouillon powder adds a bit of sour/salt to the mix.
