  • 1 tablespoon dried orange peel (the "granulated" type)
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
