Fish Coating the Low-Carb Way
I also use it for chicken tenders and pork chops.
How to Make Fish Coating the Low-Carb Way
- This recipe is for the coating only. I use regular flavor, but you could use the seasoned-I bet it w/b good!
- In a food processor, process the pork rinds very fine. Place them in a pie plate. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly. (If you're using seasoned pork rinds, omit the seasonings)
- Use this to dip fish in after it's been dipped in beaten egg. 2 bags will process down to a small bowl of crumbs and will coat about 4-6 small-medium pieces of fish fillets.
