Will be making up some fajitas next week, and this is the spice mix I use. It has some nice heat, and a bit of savory, and sweet. Never fails to please. Just to let you know, this spice mix is designed for beef fajitas; not chicken or other proteins. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 1/4 c
    ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    ground coriander
  • 2 tsp
    salt, kosher variety, or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    white pepper, freshly ground, or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp
    sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp
    dehydrated onions, ground to a powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4
    chipotle chili powder

    If stored in a cool/dry location, in a glass container with a tight-fitting lid, this spice will last about six months.

    This recipe has salt, as most fajita spice recipes do; however, if you want to limit your salt intake, just reduce it, or leave it out. It still tastes pretty dang good.
