Okay, sounds strange… tastes awesome. They are very easy to make, and you use them in the same way you would use panko or regular breadcrumbs. They are gluten-free, and Keto-diet friendly. The main photo is my baked parmesan chicken, using pork-rind breadcrumbs. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients

    pork rinds, unseasoned variety, 1 bag

    various other dry spices, to taste

How To Make

    A 6-ounce package of pork rinds will yield 2 cups of crumbs.

    Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).

    Add the pork rinds to a food processor, fitted with an S-blade, and use 1-second pulses, until they look like traditional breadcrumbs.

    Place in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, and store in the fridge until ready for use.
