You are not going to believe just how great this mixture of herbs & spices will season your Beef Roasts, Chops or Chicken. The best part is you control the amount of salt in this recipe. I love that it has just the right amount of Paprika for a golden even browned roast or chops. It is convenient to have this mixture already made up when ever you are cooking. I keep a bit extra on hand, because I used it quite often on all of my meats. For me there is not too much salt in this version, so no matter how liberal I am with the seasoning, it is never too salty. Hope you try it soon.

How To Make all purpose 10 herb & spice blend for meats

  • Step 1
Assemble and then measure out all the spices you will be using, you may want to change some from the ones I actually used, but this flavor blend is awesome for most ant type of meat variety.
  • Step 2
This is the second set of spices used in this all purpose seasoning spice blend.
  • Step 3
Once all the spices have been measured out, add them to a food processor.
  • Step 4
Pulverize the spices until they reach the consistency you prefer. Then pour into a clean spice bottle and reclosable bag and use when ever you are seasoning meats for cooking.
  • Step 5
The first thing I used this mixture on was a nice Sirloin Tip Roast, I have also used it on Poultry as well as Pork Chops. If you allow extra time and give the spices time to penetrate the meat, it will have a much better flavor. Allow a few hours or over night for beef roast.
  • Step 6
This is the results of the roast that I made using this spice blend mixture, it was very tasty.
