Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup finly chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely cracked multi-colored peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

How To Make strawberry peppercorn butter

  • Step 1
    Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add strawberries, peppercorns and thyme and blend well. Good on toast and scones. Will keep for 2 days in refrigerator. Makes 3/4 cup.
