    salted butter, softened
  • 1/4 c
    finly chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp
    coarsely cracked multi-colored peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp
    chopped fresh thyme

How to Make STRAWBERRY PEPPERCORN BUTTER

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add strawberries, peppercorns and thyme and blend well. Good on toast and scones. Will keep for 2 days in refrigerator. Makes 3/4 cup.
