Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup finly chopped strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely cracked multi-colored peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
How To Make strawberry peppercorn butter

Step 1Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add strawberries, peppercorns and thyme and blend well. Good on toast and scones. Will keep for 2 days in refrigerator. Makes 3/4 cup.
