- 1 cup reduced fat,or fat free cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 - 3 teaspoons natural maple syrup
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts .chopped finely.
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Step 1Mix in a bowl the Cream cheese,cinnamon,nutmeg,syrup,lemon zest together.

Step 2Add the raisins and walnuts and combine. Spread on bread,English Muffins,Bagels,and Pita chips etc.
