Cutting the calories and keeping a sweet nutty flavor to your breakfast that is low in fat. This is a spread I created. I spread it on an English muffin, bagels, or pita chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup reduced fat,or fat free cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 - 3 teaspoons natural maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts .chopped finely.
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

How To Make nutty cinnamon raisin cream cheese spread

  • Step 1
    Mix in a bowl the Cream cheese,cinnamon,nutmeg,syrup,lemon zest together.
  • Step 2
    Add the raisins and walnuts and combine. Spread on bread,English Muffins,Bagels,and Pita chips etc.
  • Step 3
    Store covered in refrigerator
