mom's banana bread sandwich filling
My Mom would make a loaf of banana bread and slice the bread into thin size pieces. She would take 2 of the pieces and put some of this filling in the middle. She then would cut the sandwich into bite size portions to make mini banana bread sandwiches. She loved serving these sandwiches at bridge games.
