How to Make Citrus Butter
- 1Grate the top layer (colored part only) of orange and lemon rind. Chop rind and garlic very fine. Squeeze juice from the fruit and set aside.
- 2Cream butter in mixer, adding garlic, rind and spices. Add soy sauce and reserved juice. Whip until thoroughly blended.
*Note: Extra citrus butter may be frozen
