this came from a restaurant in Garden Grove, CA a very good Mexican restaurant.

  • 3 can(s)
    tomatoes, canned and chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    green chilies, chopped
  • 5-8 clove
    diced garlic, very fine
  • 1-2 medium
    onions diced
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 bunch
    green onions sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1-4 large
    jalapeno peppers, chopped fine, seeded

How to Make Restaurant Salsa


  1. All of these are cut up and mixed in a large bowl, put in individual jars, tighten lids and place in fridge. Will keep for a week, maybe two.
  2. This salsa is great on your taco salad!!!
