this came from a restaurant in Garden Grove, CA a very good Mexican restaurant.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans tomatoes, canned and chopped
  • 2 cans green chilies, chopped
  • 5-8 cloves diced garlic, very fine
  • 1-2 medium onions diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1-4 large jalapeno peppers, chopped fine, seeded

How To Make restaurant salsa

  • Step 1
    All of these are cut up and mixed in a large bowl, put in individual jars, tighten lids and place in fridge. Will keep for a week, maybe two.
  • Step 2
    This salsa is great on your taco salad!!!
