mango salsa

I had baked fish with mango salsa one night at a restaurant and it was so good I had to find a way to make it. My husband and I do a lot of spot tail fishing. I found this recipe and it was awesome.

Ingredients
- 1 - ripe mango, pitted & diced
- 1/2 medium red onion- finely chopped
- 1 - jalapeño pepper- minced ( add ribs and seeds for heat)
- 1 small cucumber- peeled and diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh shopped cilantro leaves
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper- diced
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make mango salsa

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to let flavor blend. Enjoy on baked or grilled fish. Also great on fish tacos.
