I had baked fish with mango salsa one night at a restaurant and it was so good I had to find a way to make it. My husband and I do a lot of spot tail fishing. I found this recipe and it was awesome.

Ingredients

ripe mango, pitted & diced
1/2 medium
red onion- finely chopped
1
jalapeƱo pepper- minced ( add ribs and seeds for heat)
1 small
cucumber- peeled and diced
3 Tbsp
fresh shopped cilantro leaves
3 Tbsp
lime juice
1/2 medium
red bell pepper- diced
salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Mango Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to let flavor blend. Enjoy on baked or grilled fish. Also great on fish tacos.
