I had baked fish with mango salsa one night at a restaurant and it was so good I had to find a way to make it. My husband and I do a lot of spot tail fishing. I found this recipe and it was awesome.

Ingredients For mango salsa

  • 1
    ripe mango, pitted & diced
  • 1/2 md
    red onion- finely chopped
  • 1
    jalapeño pepper- minced ( add ribs and seeds for heat)
  • 1 sm
    cucumber- peeled and diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh shopped cilantro leaves
  • 3 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1/2 md
    red bell pepper- diced
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make mango salsa

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to let flavor blend. Enjoy on baked or grilled fish. Also great on fish tacos.
