How to Make Easy Roasted Green Salsa (Salsa Verde)
2Place tomatillos, onion, peppers and tomato on a baking sheet. Drizzel olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
3Place under broiler. Cook vegetables until tender and outer skin chars (about 30 minutess).
4Remove skin from tomatoes. Place all vegetables in food processor, leaving out most juice that collects during broiling.
5Roughly chop cilantro and add to processor. Process until smooth. Season with salt, if needed. Eat hot or cooled.
