How To Make netty's special sauce

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. For scallops: put scallops in a broiler safe pan,Pre-heat broiler. Pour sauce over the scallops coating them well. Then broil them until desired doneness. Goes well with brown rice, and a nice dinner salad. Enjoy!
