Ingredients
- 32 ounces v8 low sodium
- 24 ounces catsup low sodium, low so optional
- 12 - budweiser
- 3 large jalapenos
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 - sweet onion
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- ADD AT END OF COOKING
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
How To Make jalapeno bbq sauce

Step 1Place garlic in food processor and mince. Remove and add jalapenos to food processor after removing the stem. Finely chop. Dice onion.

Step 2Add all ingredients except those you re-season with at the end. Simmer for about 4 hrs.

Step 3At end of cooking time while sauce is still very hot, add remaining ingredients, stir well to combine and allow to cool to refrigerate.
