Ingredients
- 1 pound cherry tomatoes, or whole tomatoes quartered
- 1 - red, yellow or orange bell pepper
- 1 - poblano pepper
- 1 - jalapeno pepper
- 1 small sweet onion
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 32 ounces v-8, low sodium
- 12 ounces beer
- 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 12 ounces molasses
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
How To Make garden vegetable bbq sauce

Step 1Dice peppers and onion finely, add to large pot with about 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil. Add tomatoes, cover with lid and simmer on very low till veggies are nice and tender.

Step 2Once veggies are tender, add V-8, beer, all the remaining ingredients.

Step 3Simmer on low for about 4 hrs.

Step 4Once sauce has cooled, place about some in food processor or blender and puree to make sure veggies are reduced to sauce. Repeat until all sauce is blended.
