Ingredients

1 cketchup

1/2 cwater

1/4 cherbed wine vinegar

2 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/4 cchopped chalets or (grated onion)

2 clovegarlic (minced)

1/2 tspchili powder

1 tspcelery powder or (seed)

1 tsponion powder

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1lid liqiud smoke
How to Make Doug's Bar-B-Q-Sauce
- Put in a quart jar (cleaned mayo jar) seal with a lid. Put in refridgerator this will last for a a few months. This BBQ is best if you cook with meat. This isn't a dipping sauce unless you boil for optimum taste!!
