Ingredients
- 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water (for marinade) or use 1 cup (for sauce)
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar ( for marinade) 5 tbsp ( for sauce)
- 1-2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons corn starch (for sauce)
- 1/4 cup cold water (for sauce)
How To Make teriyaki sauce or marinade

Step 1Mix together every thing but the cornstarch and the 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil stirring constantly.

Step 2Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Add to first heated mixture. Cook until thick, adding more water if necessary.

Step 3For marinade, put first 6 ingredients in a Ziploc bag and add thinly sliced raw sirloin steak.
