This is a mixture of dry spices to rub on your choice of meat. This recipe makes enough for about 3 pounds of chicken thighs.

  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper

    ground cinnamon

    ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Moroccan Dry Rub


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
  2. Rub into the meat of your choice before roasting, broiling, or grilling.
