  • 1 c
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic (chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    dill, dried
  • 2 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Not Just Any Marinade


  1. Mix all together, pour over either chicken, lamb, even lean beef.
    I always use a zip lock bag to get mixture completely covering the meat. Chill.
  2. Marinades work best at least for 2 hours or longer,but in a pinch, an hour is fine.
