- 2 tablespoons mild paprika
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make bbq rub

Step 1Use the best spices and freshest ingredients that you can find for the best results.

Step 2Use about half a tbsp to a whole tbsp per cut. Rub each cut with 1 tsp unsweetened apple juice, lemon juice, cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, or white wine vinegar. Pat the rub in to make a think coating on all sides.

Step 3For a deeper taste, coat with the rub, then cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

Step 4This rub can be used on pork, beef, chicken or fish.
