How to Make BBQ Rub


  • 1Use the best spices and freshest ingredients that you can find for the best results.
  • 2Use about half a tbsp to a whole tbsp per cut. Rub each cut with 1 tsp unsweetened apple juice, lemon juice, cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, or white wine vinegar. Pat the rub in to make a think coating on all sides.
  • 3For a deeper taste, coat with the rub, then cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
  • 4This rub can be used on pork, beef, chicken or fish.
