Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mild paprika
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

How To Make bbq rub

  • Step 1
    Use the best spices and freshest ingredients that you can find for the best results.
  • Step 2
    Use about half a tbsp to a whole tbsp per cut. Rub each cut with 1 tsp unsweetened apple juice, lemon juice, cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, or white wine vinegar. Pat the rub in to make a think coating on all sides.
  • Step 3
    For a deeper taste, coat with the rub, then cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
  • Step 4
    This rub can be used on pork, beef, chicken or fish.
