Great marinade for any meat you're using in a southwestern recipe. I threw this together to marinade steaks for fajitas. Perfect!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup canola oil or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 4-5 dashes tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ancho powder
- 1/2 teaspoon adobo powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash fiesta lime
- 1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash southwest chipotle
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
How To Make ancho adobo marinade

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a gallon size plastic bag. Put in meat.

Step 2Squish and twist to coat meat well. Put in refrigerator until ready to cook meat. Needs at least 2 hours. Can make a day ahead and marinate overnight.
