Ingredients

  • 6 c
    zucchini
  • 6 c
    sugar or sugar subsitute
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 2-3oz box
    jello ( your choice) or lime

How to Make Zucchini Preserves

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil squash for 15 minutes,stir often, Add in sugar, pineapple,lemon juice, and boil on low heat for 6 minutes again stir often. Remove from heat and add 2 boxes of lime jello or your choice of jello. Mix well ad put into jars and freeze.
  2. ~~~You can use~~~ Strawberry,Blackberry,Raspberry jello flavors...
