    roma tomatoes
  • 1
    jalapeno
  • 1/2 c
    sweet onion, diced
  • 1 c
    pepper jelly
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make sweet heat breakfast salsa

    Dice tomatoes, finely dice jalapeno, and dice onion. Saute` them in 2 tbsp of butter till jalapeno and onion are tender.

    Add 1 c pepper jelly, mix and simmer about 10 min stirring occasionally.
