Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups white wine
  • 6 tablespoons liquid fruit pectin
  • 6 ounces can frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate, thawed

How To Make pineapple-orange wine jelly

  • Step 1
    Combine sugar and wine in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in pectin and juice. Mix well. Pour jelly into hot sterilized jars and seal with paraffin. Makes 4 cups.
