seriously simple RHUBARB Syrup

I love rhubarb .. When I was a kid money was extra tight , so a stalk of rhubarb & a cup w/sugar in the bottom was the perfect REAL sour patch kid .. This is an extra sweet syrup & it's great in cocktails too , makes an AWESOME SPRITZER fiz . Use your imagination & make sure you let me know how you would use it.

How To Make

    Combine rhubarb boil it with sugar & water for about ten to 15 minutes. When your rhubarb is broken down, line a strainer with a couple layers of cheesecloth, you could do with or without, but the syrup won't be as clear.
