Ingredients

  • 2 c
    fresh raspberries
  • 4
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh mint
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    coarsely ground black pepper

How to Make RASPBERRY ONION RELISH

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve right away. Good on chicken and turkey. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
