- 1 - apple, cored and peeled
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
How To Make cranberry-horseradish relish

Step 1Force cranberries, apple and celery through coarse blade of food chopper. Add sugar, salt and horseradish to cranberry mixture, mix well. Allow relish to blend 3-4 hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
