Two Chile Vineagrette

A spicy, slightly sweet vineagrette with Southwestern flare. Great for salads, pasta salad, and roasting veggies. Southern Food With Flare

serves Makes about 2/3 cup

  •   1/3 c
    olive oil
  •   1/3 c
    apple cider vinegar
  •   1 tsp
    ancho chili powder
  •   1/2 tsp
    chili de arbol powder
  •   1/8 tsp
    ground cumin
  •   1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  •   1/8 tsp
  •   Tbsp
    1 to 2 of sugar to taste
    fresh ground pepper to taste

How To Make

    Measure all ingredients in a jar or plastic storage container. Place lid on tightly and shake to combine ingredients. Enjoy!
